About us

Principal Investigator Dr Jessica Bradley is Lecturer in Literacies in the School of Education at the University of Sheffield where she is co-director for the BA in Education, Culture and Childhood and deputy director for the EdD programme. 

Dr Louise Atkinson is the artist-researcher for the project and has worked with Jessica to develop a series of workshops and materials based on the research. Louise is a visiting research fellow in the School of Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds 2022-2025. 

Multilingual Streets was developed in collaboration with Multilingual Manchester at the University of Manchester, founded by Professor Yaron Matras. 

LangScape Curators was originally developed at the University of Leeds and included contributions from Dr Emilee Moore and Dr James Simpson.
